Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I decide how many restrooms / which trailer I need for the size of my event?
- I have a three-day event. When are the restrooms cleaned?
- How can I make sure there are adequate supplies, such as toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels, for the duration of my event?
- I see that the restroom trailers require water and electric hook-ups. What if these are not available at the site?
- What about temperature extremes? I plan summer events as well as winter events.
- Are the restroom trailers handicap accessible?
- Some of the other companies I’ve seen make it very difficult to figure out how much I’m really going to pay. They add delivery fees, set-up fees, attendant fees, pumping fees, cleaning fees, and pickup fees, to name a few. By the time I’ve got my final price, it’s double what they originally quoted me.

- How do I decide how many restrooms / which trailer I need for the size of my event?
- View our portable restroom estimation page for more information on the number of restrooms required, based on attendance and length of event. Once we have the details on your event (length of event and number of guests attending), our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help determine which model is best. As a general guideline, for an eight hour event, our standard Presidential Series Trailer will accommodate up to 350 guests and the Social Series will accommodate up to 2,700 guests before cleaning and maintenance is required. Keep in mind that we have a variety of sizes and models and we will work with you to find the best solution.

- I have a three-day event. When are the restrooms cleaned?
- All cleaning and maintenance is done during non-event hours. We will coordinate with you to schedule the most appropriate time to ensure your event is not interrupted.
Back to top - How can I make sure there are adequate supplies, such as toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels, for the duration of my event?
- With the Presidential Series, an on-site black-tie attendant is provided to maintain the facilities and replenish supplies for the duration of the event. With the Social Series and long term rentals (construction, remodeling, etc.) we replenish supplies during our regular maintenance visits.
Back to top - I see that the restroom trailers require water and electric hook-ups. What if these are not available at the site?
- No problem. We can easily provide a water source and a generator for electrical power. Just let our Customer Service Associate know your requirements and we’ll be sure to include them in the pricing.
Back to top - What about temperature extremes? I plan summer events as well as winter events.
- Our trailers are fully heated and air-conditioned for the comfort of your guests. The thermostat is easily accessible so that you can comfortably regulate the temperature.
Back to top - Are the restroom trailers handicap accessible?
- We offer a separate unit specifically designed for handicap accessibility. It has an easy access ramp, a spacious interior, and is fully compliant with ADA specifications.

- You can rest assured that the price we quote you includes delivery (up to 50 miles), set-up, on-site attendant (for the Presidential Series), pumping, cleaning, and pickup (up to 50 miles). This is why you will find that when you compare the bottom line, our pricing is far below our competitors, and our service is superior. The only extra fees you will incur would be for water and electric if it is not available at your site and we must provide it, and if delivery and pick-up exceed 50 miles each way.
Back to top - What is your service area?
- We currently serve the Mid-Atlantic Region (Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC) and Florida. Outside of that area? Give us a call anyway. We are rapidly expanding, and may very well be in your area.
